1. Which conditions make you eligible to use house rental service?
  • Foreign organizations and individuals renting apartments/houses in Vietnam must be allowed to enter and stay in Vietnam for three or more consecutive months
  • Having necessary identification documents (Valid Passport, Working Visa) according to The Housing Law
  • Having full civil act capacity to make transactions on house rental in accordance with Vietnamese law

Warren B checks and adjusts the rental contract on behalf of the client. It must contain the following terms and conditions:

  • Names and addresses of the parties;
  • Describe clearly, in detail, exactly the characteristics of the house;
  • Unify rental prices and payment methods;
  • Time of home delivery;
  • The lease term;
  • Rights and obligations of the parties;
  • The commitment of the parties;
  • Other agreements; date, month, and year of contract signing;
  • Signatures of the parties (if it is an organization, it must be stamped and clearly state the position of the signer).

Notes: Contracts for foreigners to rent houses/ offices must be notarized, except for the following cases:

  • Individuals renting houses for less than 6 months;
  • The lessor is an organization doing business in housing
